Information we may request

When secure forms are activated, Happy HomeCare Bahamas may ask for contact information, the island or community where support is needed, the relationship to the person needing care, and general information needed to respond to an inquiry.

Please do not send emergencies through the website

The website is not an emergency service. Visitors should use the appropriate emergency or medical service when immediate assistance is required.

How information is intended to be used

Information submitted through production forms will be used to respond to care inquiries, referral requests, employment interest and other requests initiated by the visitor. Final production configuration will limit collection to information reasonably needed for those purposes.

Website forms

Forms in the current preview build do not transmit or store submissions. Secure form processing, access controls and retention rules will be configured before the website is launched publicly.
