We are building a caregiver network for New Providence first, with additional island opportunities as local operations are established. You do not have to arrive knowing everything—we train people with the heart, reliability and respect this work requires.

Caregiving is more than completing tasks. We are looking for people who are patient, dependable, respectful and genuinely care about the dignity and well-being of others.
- High school diploma or at least one year of relevant caregiving or care-related experience
- Compassion, respect and dependable communication
- Willingness to complete Happy HomeCare orientation, training and competency requirements
- Willingness to follow care plans, document visits and use our EVV/check-in system
- Ability to meet applicable screening and employment requirements, including references and required clearances
