A Bahamian operation informed by systems and experience developed through Happy HomeCare's U.S. home-care work.

Before Happy HomeCare was a business, care was personal to me.
I grew up understanding the importance of caring for the people we love. That lesson became even more personal through caring for my father, who was blind. Caring for him taught me that real care is about more than helping someone through the day. It is about protecting their dignity, encouraging their independence, being present and making sure they know they matter.
My family believed in me and in the vision I had for Happy HomeCare. I wanted to take what they had taught me about love, responsibility and caring for our own and extend that same standard of care to other families in my community.
That is where Happy HomeCare began.
What started in Arkansas with a heart for serving families is now coming home to The Bahamas—rooted in the same values that inspired it from the beginning.
Happy HomeCare Bahamas is being established to support older adults, persons with disabilities and the families who care about them. Our purpose is to help people remain supported in familiar surroundings while giving families clearer communication and greater confidence in the care being delivered.
We are adapting an established multi-location operating model for Bahamian communities—starting in New Providence and designed to grow responsibly as local teams and service capability are established.
Our model is being designed around organized scheduling, documentation, oversight and communication. For relatives living abroad, those systems can make the difference between hoping care happened and having a structured way to stay connected to it.
